Results can vary depending on client cooperation, environmental factors, and adherence to preparation and aftercare instructions. Our service warranty does not cover damage or loss due to hidden conditions, pre-existing infestations, or customer negligence.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with advance notice (24 hours required in most cases). Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

6. Changes to Service or Pricing

We reserve the right to update service offerings, pricing, and terms. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
